Construction Cost Accountant / Accounts Technician, 23 June 2016
We have an upcoming vacancy for a cost accountant to manage bookkeeping and to assist the management team with financial planning to support our ambitious plans to expand our service offerings and grow the business.
Responsibilities include review of accounts receivable, accounts payable and assist/make recommendations for new systems implementation to increase efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience;
- Project accounting and job costing
- Knowledge of work in progress
- Producing financial reports for external Accountants
- Construction industry experience is a MUST
- Experience with commercial, domestic, or new housing projects is a plus
A qualification in Accounting/Finance/Construction would be a benefit, but relevant experience will be considered in lieu.

Carpenter / Working Foreman, 9th June 2016
We currently have a position available for a carpenter / working foreman for projects in both Galway and Dublin.
The candidate should have the following experience and certifications,
- minimum of 5 years experience in domestic construction
- work to include ground works to finish out of projects
- hold a valid safe pass
- attended manual handling and abrasive wheels course
- a valid CSCS ticket for a teleporter, and
- Fetac level 5 first aid course completed and up to date
The candidate should be punctual, honest, reliable and able to work on their own initiative and ISOH Managing Safely in Construction Certificate would be an advantage.
