Building Finish Options

A builder’s finish (also referred to as a shell and core) is a home that is an airtight envelope, this option includes internal and external plastering.

Not included in this option are the following; hard or soft landscaping, fitted kitchen or bathroom suites, internal woodwork (doors, skirting’s etc), surface finishes (paint, wallpaper, tiles, wooden floors, carpets etc).

Your project can be finished to any standard that suits your requirements.
